On February 25, 2017, the British Columbia Safety Authority (BCSA) issued the third revision to Information Bulletin B-G5 051206 4 (Rev. 03) entitled “Clearance to Regulator or Over Pressure Relief Device”.
This revised bulletin clarifies the clearance requirements for a regulator or over pressure relief device as indicated in Table 5.2 of the B149.1 Natural Gas & Propane Installation Code, the code requirements prevail unless otherwise approved.
