The Fuels Learning Centre offers a number of courses designed to train your staff or the staff of your customers who fill propane cylinders, auto propane tanks and other fuel containers.
Filling Propane Cylinders and Auto Propane Tanks at Retail Filling Centres (CF03)
This course has been designed to train your employees how to safely fill propane cylinders and auto propane tanks at retail container filling centres. After completing the five lessons within this course, your employees will have an understanding of:
- Propane and filling equipment basics.
- Propane cylinder basics.
- Regulatory requirements related to container filling, TDG, WHMIS and Measurement Canada.
- How to fill propane cylinders by weight and by volume.
- How to fill auto propane tanks.
Filling Propane Cylinders at Retail Filling Centres (CF01)
This course has been designed to train your employees how to safely fill propane cylinders at retail container filling centres. After completing the four lessons within this course, your employees will have an understanding of:
- Propane and filling equipment basics.
- Regulatory requirements related to container filling, TDG, WHMIS and Measurement Canada./li>
- Propane cylinder basics.
- How to fill propane cylinders by weight and by volume.
Filling Auto Propane Tanks for Propane Vehicle Operators (CF02)
This course has been designed to train your employees or customers how to safely fill their propane vehicles at private filling centres managed by cardlock or keylock security. After completing the two lessons within this course, our students will have an understanding of:
- Propane and filling equipment basics.
- How to fill auto propane tanks.
