On August 31, 2017, the Technical Safety Division of Nova Scotia Labour and Advanced Education issued a Fuel Safety Bulletin. The Bulletin clarifies Green Tag/Permit requirements in the province. The Bulletin was issued following the discovery of installations without adequate permits or green tags lacking two signatures.
